Entrevista
3 Stages, first is the usual mental math and brain teasers. Second round is an HR screen and the final round consists of playing several games with a few of the traders.

Mental math questions, typical HR questions, trader interview consisted of several strategic betting questions
Difficult, need to prepare for the mental maths definitely. You can prepare using several online tools but take some weeks. Didnt make it further than the first round of online assessments though.
Just like a normal behavioural interview. Have been asked questions like Why are you interested in quantitative trading and what is ur greatest achievement so far. HR was nice and ask questions based on your answers.

1 - Online Assessment 2 - HR 3 - Technical Interview (2* 1 hour) with two different traders 4 - Final Round (1 hour introduction, 1 hour technical Interview, 1 hour hr with head of training )
