First step is a mental maths quiz 80 in 8 minutes followed by a sequence test. Maths is relatively easy but extremely quick. Second step is a bunch of online games testing things like reaction times. Then a typical logical SHL reasoning test and a personality quiz. The third step is HR, this is where I failed.

Why Trading? Why Optiver? mental maths, sequences, logical reasoning etc.
Difficult, need to prepare for the mental maths definitely. You can prepare using several online tools but take some weeks. Didnt make it further than the first round of online assessments though.
Just like a normal behavioural interview. Have been asked questions like Why are you interested in quantitative trading and what is ur greatest achievement so far. HR was nice and ask questions based on your answers.
