Entrevista
If successfully passing the CV screen, a test will be sent to your email. You can get the detailed test information from other sources. Surprisingly, the 80in8 and probability tests are not as hard as I expected. I didn't really prepare for the probability one and was only able to answer 40-50% of the question set. And I still passed this round. After the test, the HR interview was the next. The HR team was so friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed our interview process. Unfortunately I didn't pass this round though.

For the HR questions, all are basic behavioral questions. I will try to list all that I remember: 1. Talk about yourself and why you want to join this program. 2. Tell about a leadership experience. Can be from school, internship, or other projects. 3. Tell about a teamwork experience. 4. Tell about one time you faced extremely stressful situation and how you dealt with it. 5. Tell about your understanding of Optiver. 6. Tell about your understanding of what skills a trader should possess and what you still lack of to become. 7. Have you applied for other trader roles at rival companies? 8. If you're interested in becoming a trader, why you never try to do something relevant, like internship?

Entrevista
Did the online assement, sequences test, Zap N and lastly beat the odds probability type questions. The Zap N was some working memory, reflexing and planning tests and the beat the odds focused on giving good approximations to probabilities in around 1.5 minute for each question. Then did the technical which focused on market making games. Unfortunately, I was rejected after this round so don't much more than this.

Entrevista
first round: assessment with sequences, a variety of games testing memory, reaction speed, then a behavioral interview and finally a technical interview where we played a market-making game. The market making game included cards, you had to decide to buy/sell, what quantities etc. Assesment and behavioral where passable, technical was really difficult.
it almost took more than 2 hours to finish the online assessment, then a hr interview with typical behaviour questions. online assessment is not easy, including mental mathematics and logical reasoning questions. Hr interview is quite relaxed
