Applied Online. I then got sent assessments to complete within 2 weeks. Passed the assessments. Next was a behavioural which I did not pass. After that would have been a technical, then take home exam, then a final day of interviews.
Very smooth, the HR just asked me why Optiver, why quant, what is your strength and weakness, what is the career plan in the next 5 years, but I did not answer very perfect
The first section was the online assessment which wasnt too bad, and the next part was a scheduled face to face behavioural interview. Still waiting to see if i passed that stage of recruitment

2nd of betting. the platform was bit hard to use. Recommend to get some training if you can find the resources. both interviewers were nice
