Will be applying again next year. The OA was about 3 hours long. HR lady was nice and my interviewer was nice too. They were pretty responsive over the holidays as well.

Completed initial assessment which was a generic coding test. Invited to a "behavioural" interview in which I was told briefly about the role, then strangely told they had candidates already further down the pipeline. Interviewer asked me no questions aside from my background. Received rejection email a day later. Why waste my time? Strong avoid.
