Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Optiver.

First there was an OA that was sent out with technical questions (it was involving system design I think from what I remember). After that, there was an HR call which lasted around 30 minutes. Then, technical interviews.

Deep dive into data structures, time complexity, tradeoffs in the technical
Really grilled on this stuff before writing any code at all -- most of the technical was talking through decisions / the solution
As soon as my CV reached them, I had 7 days to complete a HackerRank and 2 more tests. It took them from Monday morning (when I submitted the coding test) to Wednesday evening to reply.

Was a Hacker Rank average but difficult, then a CS questions in multiple choice and finally some kind of minigames.
After I applied, I received an online assessment shortly. It was hacker-rank styled. I had only 2 choices of language - C++ and Java. A bit difficult than average, but doable with a lot of practice.
The original assessments consisted of:
- A coding test (1 hard question) which takes approx. 75 minutes
- A coding knowledge quiz
- Zap-N, a set of short neuro assessment games
