First I spoke with a recruiter who explained what they are looking for and other details and once I decided I was interested my resume was submitted to the company and a phone interview was set up. After the phone interview I answered questions on a video interview, and then had an in person interview.

The question I remember from the interview was "why shouldn't we hire you".

Entrevista
Optomi contact me for a contract to perm opportunity. The initial interview was scheduled quickly. The consultant asked very frank questions about my background, reason for seeking new opportunities, how quickly I could accept an over, culture fit and salary requirements. Then, followed up with a list of opportunities for me to pursue. I also had to complete a candidate package that included a video of me answering questions about my background.
