After clearing 4 rounds of Technical interviews, and then sharing the latest Payslips and other docs. , getting a call from the HR that the profile has been kept on HOLD!!!
The interviews were too technical and I got a confidence that they have got a good, challenging work for me.
Each technical round lasted for avg. 45 mins to 1:30 hours and I did clear all 4 technical rounds. And even HR asked me to share the docs over mail the same day and I did. However a couple of days after the interview, I got a call from the HR stating that you have cleared all rounds but we have kept your profile on hold. How mean they are, after all I spent a whole day with them for the interviews, and they didn't even respect the candidate's time and sincere efforts.
Be transparent enough.
Respect every candidate's time and efforts.
Totally unfair to keep the profile on hold after clearing all technical rounds, whatever the reason could be - if it's a skill set not matching for your position then you shouldn't even have called me for the interview. After all spending a days time and clearing all rounds, it's not fair for a company like Optum to pose such things!!! Very much frustrated
