Phone interview with initial recruiter.
Discusses the days and times available with the group and/or panel who will be conducting the face to face interview.
Face to face interview with a group and/or panel.
Face to face interview with the Senior Vice President.
Negotiations with the Human Resources Manager.
Receive official offer letter.
Fill out 40 page application and submit back to corporate.

Entrevista
After a brief interview with a recruiter, there was a more thorough interview with the hiring manager and three additional team members. The interview included a writing /editing skills assessment and questions that spoke to a candidate's ability to communicate clearly, work well with others, and adapt to change.
Phone interview w/HR recruiter and then hiring manager. After that they said there would be a meeting w/the team. I didn't get that far. See below for advice on what NOT to discuss in your interviews.

They will press you on money and tell you that the salary you are looking for is totally doable and that you're a really strong candidate. They'll keep in touch and keep you "warm" until they find someone cheaper. Then they'll dump you and tell you you're overqualified.
