Long process, lot of interviews to go through. You won't hear back for a while and then you'll have to record answering questions then go through another round of interviews with the team managers.

The interview process involves 3-4 interviewer’s. Many questions will be asked about you work history, about how you handle difficult situations, and weaknesses you have noticed in your abilities to carry out duties in your work environment. You will be given a writing assignment with several vignettes. In the vignettes you will describe how you would provide interventions in each patient care situation . The vignettes will be completed at home and due within about 3-5 days.
