I was contacted by the recruiter about a week after I submitted my application and scheduled a phone interview the following week. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager, interview was about an hour and ended on a positive note saying that I would be contacted by the recruiter after. Then a long silence, I have not heard back from anyone after exactly a month. Sent thank you emails and follow up emails but received no communication and put my mental health at stake. I saw this post from a colleague a day before I was rejected and it said "A company not following up with you after applying for a position or an interview is a red flag and not a reflection of you and what you bring to the table. This is an indicator of who they are and their culture".
