Applied for job in Nov 2021, exactly one month later I got a text message asking me to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter. Day of the call I waited to speak with the recruiter for 20 minutes before hanging up, apparently the recruiter joined at the 30 min mark. I sent a follow-up email to reschedule and the recruiter never acknowledged my initial email. The recruiter emailed me as if I was the one that didn't join the call. Rescheduled phone interview to the next morning and recruiter joined 10 minutes late, however, the call went very well and I was pushed to the next round. I had my next interview with two of the hiring managers the following week and everything went amazing. The recruiter called me a few days later to scheduled my last interview and told me that I did great and impressed the hiring managers. The last interview went horribly. One lady joined the call that wasn't originally supposed to be on there. They didn't look over my resume until the call started and asked me questions that didn't apply to my previous experience. I could tell the new lady didn't care for me whatsoever. I got ghosted after the final interview. I sent a follow-up email to the recruiter and never heard back.
