Hiring team interview - total 4 of them
1st interview happened in January, it went well as I knew the basics of angular and springboot quite well and had some projects to show as well
2nn interview with hiring manager - went well - even recieved soft signal as hired
Then classic optum things started with me as well
Ghosted for nearly 2 months
Received a mail to submit all documents for "offer letter generation"
Then received another notification to interview with different team - same type of questions
Interview went well - still maybe got rejected
Then received another interview with another team - interview went well
HR offered senior software Engineer job "on call" no email communications
Again ghosted for 2 months
Then recieved a mail to submit documents for "offer letter generation"
Ghosted for 1 month
When I called HR told me that I'm demoted to associate software engineer role - agreed to that as well
They are still ghosting 😂
My advice - don't believe a word anyone say "on call", keep looking for different opportunities till you get offer letter in mail
Their words doesn't matter much especially of HR departments'
& They will lie to your face as well so don't get your hopes high untill you recieve an offer letter in mail
Everything else is just a hoax

Basic questions on my skills
Team leader how do you own & manager the entire delivery.
Managerial question for future expectations.
Total 3 rounds of interview. 2 Technical and 1 Manager round. After 3 rounds HR package discussion will happen. Over all the interview process is bit difficult. Give 30 words
Firstly, they check your problem solving skills. Then they check your domain technical knowledge, in my case they asked questions related to java and microservices. Then they ask questions related to the recent project u had worked on. Also asked questions from kafka and DBMS.
