It was a fairly typical consulting interview process. Started out with a phone interview that was behavioral before the final round behavioral and case interview. The case interview was healthcare related and fairly easy.

Optum has a 3 round interview, the first 2 with hiring manager and last HR round. Since this company is subsidiary of UHG, knowledge in US healthcare is added Advantage.
