The interview felt more like a formality. The interviewer asked only 3 questions. He was least interested in building up a conversation. The interview got over in 20 minutes. Never heard back from the company even agter following up several times.

I applied online (naviHealth subsidiary) and then was contacted by a recruiter who did a phone screen. I then went on to two one on one interviews, both of which went smoothly. Finally, there was a panel interview where they had me do the following in regards to creating a self-checkout in a grocery store: List all the features needed for this scenario, create a story for one of your features, create a process flow diagram for your self-checkout. You had to do each one in 10 minutes and you do not get the scenario in advance. The recruiter then followed up and said they had not selected me but was going to create another position because they still wanted me on the team and that it would only take a week or two to do so. The first week the recruiter said they would check in with me at the end of the week but instead I had to do that, and now I have been completely ghosted. My neutral rating is due to the recruiter ghosting me and to the panel interview not providing the scenario ahead of time because a PO wouldn't have 10 minutes to do all three of the things required by this panel interview.
