industries worst interview.
I've 6+ years of experience in the AI/ML domain.
I am holding 3 offers - 2 product bases and one servicebase (Max offer 52LPA)
in this call, they asked me for an intro and I gave it.
then he asked me about a recent project.
I started answering by the project name and he stopped me and asked me how did you do that?
I said to go with a problem statement, tech implementation, and final impact he said okay.
then I started with the problem statement.
the problem statement was from some of the domains like health, health was an example but it was not.
so he started asking me a question in that domain which I don't have experience I clearly said I don't know much about it because its not my domain.
then he asked me to go technical.
i technical I started and I just explained the first phase and he stopped me and asked me I wanted to know the complete pipeline.
I said I am explaining the same thing but you stopped me. with the sorry I said.
then again I started the same and he asked me the same.
it got repeated more that 7 to 8 time.
so I said if you don't want to listen just tell me ill go away.
he said no no I'll give you a chance.
then I started again and the same thing happened.
then I said I don't want this opportunity. other guy was there in call I told that ask him how you were asking the things.
Anyway, I don't want to continue with this and I cut the call.
I feel pity for those people who are reporting to him.
he can not listen genuine excuse for any bug.
Anyway, I am safe that I rejected this kind of person.
Optum please review this. if you have a recording you must audit this.
because the people who are working under him might leave the company asap.
