I have very bad experience with Optymyze as very low standard interview process.Pen and papaer they will provide to give coding test and write a working code. They are expecting a good memory person to write a complete syntaxed cod rather than Pseudo code or logic. I have applied for Bigdata Hadoop position but mazor questions are for Java like multi threading,singleton classes, nested classes which is not required to learn for any Hadoop developer I believe as Hadoop is moving toward Spark,scala,python programming.
