      Application: Candidates interested in the position may submit their application online or in person. Phone Screening: The recruiter or hiring manager may conduct a brief phone interview to ask some initial questions and assess the candidate's communication skills. In-person Interview: Candidates who pass the phone screening may be invited for an in-person interview. The interviewer may ask questions to assess the candidate's sales skills, communication skills, and ability to work independently. The interviewer may also ask about the candidate's previous sales experience, how they approach cold calling, how they handle rejection, and their availability to work flexible hours. Role Play: Some companies may ask candidates to participate in a role-play exercise, where they will act out a sales pitch with the interviewer or a simulated customer. Reference Check: If the candidate is being considered for the position, the employer may conduct a reference check to verify their previous employment and performance. Background Check: The employer may also conduct a background check to ensure that the candidate has a clean criminal record. Job Offer: If the candidate is selected for the position, the employer will make a job offer and discuss compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.

How do you handle multiple priorities or competing deadlines in your work as a sales associate?
