Basic process, Appti consists of gate questions, after clearing apti & gd we need to write 5 programs, the comes technical interview, and finally the HR interview.
In the technical interview the flow of the program needs to be explained

The logic of the program and the flow.
Ask a few basic programming questions and then the complexity of questions increases.
In HR they ask normal questions, about when can we join, if u have a drop they y the drop existed, etc.

Entrevista
First u have to give the online test on the side.
Then ur called for the interview in shivajinagars office. 2. u have to give a logical aptitude test again. 3. u will have short 15 min technical interview. If u are good then 4. u will have long technical interview of about 50 mins. This all happens on same day.
5. Technical test and case study in one day.
U will be given some papers to read. U have to read every thing understand it and explain it to the interviewer. Then technical round basically on jsp, servlet.
6. Then u will be called for final hr round.
They have bond of 1 year.
