I had applied for a recruiter role but they told me that position is closed and they could offer me account manager role. I went for the interview only to realize that is was a door to door sales job. The Recruiter posting is still active on which means they are just posting it to get applications and mislead people.

Entrevista
There were three interviews. The first one was about 15 minutes. I sat down with the hiring manager and went over the position, compensation and hours. He also asked a few questions about my previous employment. It was a pretty easy first round; more of a meet and greet. The second interview was about an hour. We went over the recruiting process a little more in depth.
