Entrevista
Had a meeting with a talent acquisition specialist seemed to go fine, they were looking for someone on a remote basis with experience in billing and with the billing system they use I seemed to fit the criteria. Nice and friendly interview but don’t expect any feedback - there was no follow up, presumably I’ve not got the job but would have been nice to for the company to tell me officially! Job has been advertised 3/4 times since, I would have been in and working by now if they realised what an asset I would have been for them.

Entrevista
The interview process was in two stages, the first with a member of the 'People Team' and the second with my potential manager.
I was asked to completed a simple 'personality' questionnaire. This involved selecting words I felt others would use to describe me, and how I would describe myself.
Unlike other interviews I had, the Opus team were very quick to respond, and didn't leave me waiting for weeks like other companies I spoke to. Additionally meetings/interviews were scheduled a few days apart rather than a few weeks.
