The interview process was typical for this field. I had a 30 minute video interview with the recruiter first. About a week later I interviewed for an hour with 3 women from the management team. They ladies were nice. The interview seemed to go well.

Got contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. After a 30 min. call the next day, I received a link to upload my resume and to enter possible dates and times for a video interview. The interview was scheduled very quick. In the first round 2 employees ask a lot about me and CRA specific tasks. I rejected my application afterwards as some things were said that we're not really professional. Also interviewers logged in a bit to late.
