Very friendly interviewer, gave overview of the company structure and talked about the office and the culture. Asked why I was interested in the company -- they definitely want buy-in on their mission. Then they assigned a pretty substantial writing test (took ~2 hour to complete) and then ghosted. I think they ended up reworking the role, but would've been nice to get some followup.
