Submitted resume, discussed role with Oracle recruitment, went for two interviews, promised a third interview - waited for over four months with occasional checkins from recruitment, then told they'd hired internally. Oracle wasted a lot of my time, I am glad I didn't hold back on accepting another company offer.

Very quick interview process. Was contacted over LinkedIn, had a screener, two interviews with prospective team members and then the hiring manager via Zoom. What was most disappointing is that the interviews were very positive, but the in house recruiter didn’t follow up with me after telling me she was going to check with the hiring manager for next steps. Everything was very positive up until that point, and she didn’t follow up after two more requests for updates. If you want to work for Oracle, don’t go through Amrisha for interviews.
