I applied online, after two weeks the hiring manager scheduled a technical interview from the office, he showed up on the time, he was friendly, the interview was so smooth. one week later, the HR employee scheduled an interview with the head of the department, they didn't show up on the time, the interview was a little bit tense and they haven't shown up again, didn't send a rejection or a feedback!
