Friendly, relaxed atmosphere during the interview. Several steps of the recruitment process. First intro discussion with the recruiter, second interview joined by the recruiter and the service delivery manager. There were both questions on overall project management process and cycle, how to deal with risk mng and project delays, non deliveries; but also more IT PM related questions, like terms and definitions
