Communicated through email then phone. After phone interview and more email correspondence I had an in-person, off-site interview. I met with the owner and then trained before starting the position. The owner was very responsive.

Company requested a phone interview for Studio Manager. Manager called and stated the position was filled and would I be open to working the Front Desk or Coaching. Not ideal when I schedule time for an interview for a specific job I applied for only to find out the job has been filled. Orangetheory should reach out ahead of time to see if Candidate is still interested. Waste of time.
