Unprofessional interviewing process and waste of time. I received a call from HR to do a 15 minute phone screener. A few days later, I received an email to do an interview with the director. After the interview with the director, I was asked to complete a phone simulation a week later. I did not hear back until three weeks later when they asked me to do a final round of interviews. At this point, I have interviewed with them FOUR times. It has been another three weeks since my final interview, and I still have not heard anything. It has been a total of eight weeks since my initial phone screener. HR has completely ignored my emails, and I would have at least appreciated a simple "Thanks, but no thanks" email after completing four rounds of interviews.
I was also told different compensation information from HR and the site director. My final interview was with an employee that was very unprofessional. She cursed multiple times during the interview and interrupted me many times. There was also way too many (four) interviews for a job that only pays $45,000 a year.

I first got called by a recruiter for a 15 minute phone screen. She asked me a few behavioral interview questions ("when was a time you had to take constructive feedback from a superior", etc).
After we talked, she scheduled a second interview with the manager for a few days later.

Entrevista
The interview process was broken into four steps: an initial screening, a question and answer session, a simulation call, and a final meeting with the vice president of admissions. The interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to.
I was Contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. Basic phone screen questions were asked: tell me about yourself, tell me a bout a time where you solved an issue, why are you interested in this position?
