I interviewed with the CEO and Software Architect. I was initially contacted by their HR representative after applying to the position. My first interview was with the CEO which turned out to be a very casual and positive experience - he was happy to answer any questions I had and seemed very interested in what my career goals were. My interview with the CEO was more of a conversation than a direct interview. After that interview, Orbis offered to fly me out to interview with two of their software engineers, the COO, and their software architect at their offices in Annapolis, Maryland. Unfortunately weather prevented me from getting there. The HR rep was happy to reschedule my flight and set up a phone interview with their software architect. That interview was also a great experience. Even when I didn't have the textbook answer for a question, he encouraged me to logically work my way through what could be a likely answer to the question.

Interview was a 30 minute conversation that went over what the company does, my previous work, my portfolio projects, and some technical questions about the programming languages I use. I interviewed the VP of Government Programs and VP of Software Solutions, both very professional and easy-to-talk to people.
