This was the worst interview experience I have ever had, from start to finish. At my first on-site interview, I arrived a few minutes early, I called the HR rep from phone in the hallway (they have no reception area) and she wouldn't let me in. I had to come back 10 minutes later. After three rounds of interviews (including one with the CEO), they never contacted me again. They didn't even have the professionalism to tell me I didn't get the job.
