Brief first round telephone interview, followed by an in person interview with direct supervising executive leadership member. This interview was highly detailed and engaging. Next came a second round in-person interview in with a combination revolving door/panel interview with executive team and a selection of potential direct reporting and peer leadership level team members. The final round in-person interview was in a casual, social setting with an array of individuals across the whole company. Overall, the experience was lengthy but in depth. I felt that I got the opportunity to feel out the overall company culture, leadership team and owners in the process. I enjoyed meeting the different individuals and seeing how passionate everyone was about their job and the company.
