The interview process was ok. First there was a phone interview, then there was an in person interview with the basic questions such why work here and that sort of thing. Then there was the plant tour which was really quick and useless because nobody remembers what they see on those anyway.

Initial screening on the phone, phone call with hiring manager, then onsite the following week with hiring manager and Manufacturing team. One team member was unavailable, so followup virtual meeting the next day. All scheduling was done through the initial screener. STAR interview format, but they are very transparent about this and want you to succeed. It took a while for them to reach out to follow up since I applied online, but after that, the process moved fast. I appreciated their respect for my time throughout the whole process.
