It was a typical civil service type of interview. It was comprised of different levels of experience and rank. Each panel member asked a question and the other panel members could ask follow-up questions. Get a lot of practice in this type of interview before you expect to ace an interview. And don't try to snow anyone in these interviews--they're cops. They'll know.
