      I've actually interviewed (or attempted to interview) with this agency twice. Earlier this year, I had an interview for the Program Coordinator position. There were two people conducting the interview. After almost an hour of questions, they announce that the position I've applied for and thought was I was interviewing for was actually one full-time position doing two part-time jobs, one of which was the one for which I applied, the other was not. So instead of sticking with their original job listing, or posting a new listing with the actual combined position, or even telling me at the beginning of the interview that they combined the two they talked to me for an hour about a topic which wasn't even very applicable. We ended the interview with a discussion about how frustrating it is when prospective employers interview a candidate then never inform them of the results of the hiring process. Then they promptly never informed me of the results of the hiring process. A few months later, I applied for a different position, thinking I'd experienced something atypical. I was called to schedule an interview, but instead of being given a choice of times, I was just asked to call and leave a message of my available times. Which I did. Over a week later, I got another call, again just asking for when I was available but not offering times. Again, I responded with my (very open) availability, and never got a response. They've since re-listed the position. If that's how they treat people before they hire them, I can't imagine they're that lovely to work with anyway, so it's probably their loss, but neither process left a good impression of their agency.
