The call with HR was very quick and easy/typical. The interview with the hiring manager included loads of technical and tricky questions, purely about writing, nothing on project or team management/leadership. The hiring manager stated she was looking for someone with 15-20 years of pure regulatory writing experience, which was obviously not there in my CV, so I have no idea why she wanted to interview me. I immediately withdrew my application and cancelled all the interviews with the rest of the team that were scheduled for that and the following days.
