interview process includes a coding assessment that requires you to spend 7 days to complete, it takes a lot of time, and if you could not pass the client interview, you almost spend meaningless time hard working on your small project because the interviewer doesn't care about your code, they only review your code when you pass the interview (but they requires me to do the coding assessment before process the face-to-face interview). the company should improve it.
