Interview with HR person. Next was interview with a senior developer. The next step was to take a timed test to determine your ability to reason and understand patterns and follow instructions. The test had some navigation issues and was not presented in a manner that was easy to read the questions and evaluate the data. Management knows about the test limitations and said they are looking into updating it.
