Entrevista
I posted my resume on Monster.com and was called back for an interview in 3 days. The first interview was a phone interview with one of the managers. The next interview was a meeeting with one of the managers and then one of the doctors. After I took an IQ test they went and signed the waiver forthe background check they offered me the position.
Was easy. Met with staff and allowed to shadow. Was given tour of facility and told what my expectations would be and what the uniform would be. Everyone was extremely nice
The interview process was fairly standard. It consisted of a number of different interviews with several different people. Most of the interview questions were behavioral based with no real correct answer.
The interview went okay but the follow up process from the organization was poor. Poor communication. Some units, the manager did not seem interested from the first minute I walked in.
