Submitted application on OH website. Got email from manager to invite for interview in person. Interviewers (2) asked for basic qualifications and personal goals but mostly they were looking for candidates with ability to multitask and work well with others....

Very basic questions, scenario based style so be ready to come up with real life examples. They will assess your candidacy based on how you incorporate into your answer using your your strengths, weakness, industry based knowledge , etc..
