Applied online for a project manager position and was contacted. After a quick call with the senior director i explained that I'm living in South Florida and relocating to Orlando. Was told they are hiring quickly and asked me to come g for an interview in a few days which i was able to coordinate. After the interview I thought went well i was never contacted and only saw the job reposted a month later. Completely understand not being selected but after an in person interview i think it's common courtesy to follow up with a phone call or simple email stating one has not been selected instead of feeling ghosted. Overall I do think Orlando Health is a great company but wanted to give feedback that they need to work on their follow up process.
