applied online, meet with hr, told to expect to work 10-12 hours but paid as 8 hours., I have read through the glassdoor review, From the info i got from the company, i think all the bad reviews are true.

some general questions, went over resume, salary expectation, are you ok with long working hours?
Did three interview processes total: 1 take-home exam consisting of three questions to submit on github, one 30-min technical interview and two 30 minute technical video call interviews. All interviewers were very nice and open.

Entrevista
Phone screening then technical test, questions in both phases are quite simple. Technical test only requires the basic knowledge of programming syntax.
The recruiter was kind and honest, but the hiring manger was in contrast to the recruiter. It's not uncommon that start-ups are not well managed, as they have to spend money and time to build image rather than train the team. Serious job seekers better not join this game.
