Applied online through jobstreet. Managed to land an interview in the KL office approx. 3 weeks after I applied on jobstreet. They informed me that there was going to be a one hour technical assessment on the day of the interview. The first interview was with the Chief Administrative Officer. Usual interview questions like what are your strengths, weaknesses and etc. Interviewer also gave me a few questions to think about after the interview and I had to email my answers to the interviewer after a few days. Questions like where do you see yourself in 2/3/4 years? What is the pay you expect to receive after 2/3/4 years? Asked for a decision timeline and the CAO said I would hear back after 2 weeks. Also asked if the company would notify me even if I did not pass the interview and they said yes. Two weeks later I got called in for the second interview with the Chief Research Officer. Asked for a decision timeline again and the CRO said I'd hear back within a week if I was shortlisted for the third interview. Did not hear back from them after that. Emailed the interviewers for a follow up but received no response. The company basically just ghosted me despite going for two interviews at their office. This is the first time I have encountered such a thing after interviewing at several different companies. Other companies have always had the courtesy to reply me when I send a follow up email. Thought that was highly unprofessional of them. Would not recommend interviewing/working at this company.
