First sought out by outside recruiter, then interviewed with operations manager, then CEO over phone, then onsite at their Irvine, CA office. Called for a second interview over the phone about a week later with another member of the team, then offered position by recruiter. Interviewed again by different clients that the company was in the process of pursuing.
