Entrevista
Fue una llamada de la reclutadora donde te preguntan formación y experiencia laboral para ver si encajas en el rol. Si la pasa te pasan a una primer entrevista con manager, normalmente en español donde te preguntan por una historia de experiencia que puede ser connection, drive, growth o leadership, además de conocimientos más técnicos del puesto. Si pasas esa te restan tres entrevistas, las tres son mitad caso y mitad historia. Los casos pueden son en inglés y las entrevistas pueden ser español o inglés.

Los casos son bastante complejos si te pones nervioso. Preguntan una parte de estrategia, luego leer charts o infografias y dar tus insight. Al final es un caso matemático. La primer entrevista es sencilla y las siguientes mucho más complejas.

Entrevista
Was contacted via an automatic message and invited for an interview with HR. Standard interview questions, about what I had done and why I had done it. Afterwards was told the feedback would come in 1 week, and got rejected, again with an automatic e-mail. It didn't feel personal at all, and being rejected by HR is always a mystery, it would be helpful to get at least some feedback.

Entrevista
first HR call, very standard then moved into case study calls. One call with McKinsey employee and one call with Orphoz employee. I did not get enough time to prepare the case studies before the interviews, case studies were focused on change management and operations.
