The interview process was very relaxed. They responded to my schools OCI, and I had a screener interview. It was frustrating how slow it was however. They took around 2 weeks to get back to me with a date and time of my interview.

Met with an attorney who just told me to ask him questions. He didn't ask me any questions because he didn't want canned responses.

Screener interview, lasted 30 minutes with some small talk and a couple of behavioral questions at the end (such as “tell me about a time when”). Friendly and relaxed. Also asked about why Orrick.

My interview was conducted virtual. The interviewer I spoke with was friendly and did not ask very many behavioral questions. It felt pretty relaxed and overall I had a good experience.
