Interview was scheduled well in advance and the Rehab Director was on time to interview.
Professional approach and lasted for about 40 mins.
Looks like they had other candidates as well, so it took them a week before they finally got back with no offer.

It was conducted by Director of Operations and Director of Rehab via a Zoom meeting. Lasted ~4o minutes total. Questions were asked by both regarding communication styles, current experience, and personality traits. I was given opportunity at end to ask questions to them.
