Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Oryx Executive Search (Bristol, Inglaterra) em mai. de 2019
Entrevista
Felt like it was more of a Psychological study than an interview. I felt it was very negative from the beginning. Asked about my life from the beginning till now. More so personal questions not about my work which was discussed towards the end.
I felt my education was criticized, yes I have had my ups and downs but so has everyone and not everyone gets to work in the field they've studied. Unfortunately the agency that found me the position didn't fill me with all the details about the position and just said it was a research role and to look on the website (Which i did). In the interview it was an entirely different position to what was described and nothing felt positive and I didn't feel any welcome for coming to the interview.
I kept calm and professional yet feeling criticized with my life choices, I am proud of my work ethic starting at an early age and disturbed about the company that doesn't honour or find accomplishment with that focus.
Overall I found out the role was not for me.

Do you consider yourself a salesman - Yet the role was described as a researcher role and not sales via the agency.

The interview process is very thorough, you have an informal with the MD to discuss the opportunity then following this you have 2 formal interviews with all the directors to ensure they are happy with you as they will all have input on your training and development.
