Scheduled call via email, Spoke on the phone with hiring manager, onsite meeting with 4 people, waited almost 3 weeks for a response on the last step, allegedly just pending to schedule last step of the interview. Almost 3 weeks later somehow they will be moving forward with another candidate. How was my interview with Mark not scheduled in almost 3 weeks but they were now sure to move forward with another candidate?!

Applied online, invited to first interview (30 min) 2.5 weeks after applying. Second interview (full panel, 5 hours) was 2 weeks later. After that, I followed up with the recruiter 3+ times with no response. Decided to follow-up again a month and a half after my last interview where the recruiter wanted to jump on a call to let me know that they decided to move on with another person for the role.
