Fairly quick and simple, met in a public place because they do not have an office due to all the traveling. I dont see a problem with the process due to the heavy turn around ration the company receives. A few bad apples will ruin the bunch in this case

They do a phone call and then a zoom interview its pretty standard and easy. Nothing too difficult for you to do or get through, background takes a few days and dmv records.

Overall, the interview process was very straight forward. Perhaps that was just the person who interviewed me. The company was mostly concerned with filling the, at the time, overwhelming about of open foreman positions.
