Very quick and to the point. They got back to me in a relatively good time frame. There was no surprises during the interview. Very casual. There were only two steps in the the interview process.

Had a phone interview for about half an hour and then called me for an in person interview. Which I had with the department head and the HR recruiter that lasted an hr.
